Terms of use
Last updated:
These terms apply when you use Daydresser, a website for discovering clothes from independent brands, one piece at a time. By using Daydresser you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
Daydresser is run by Niels ESCARFAIL (“we”). You can reach us at niels.escarfail@gmail.com.
Who can use Daydresser
You must be at least 15 years old to use Daydresser.
What Daydresser is — and is not
- Daydresser shows pieces that independent brands publish on their own online stores. We are not a shop: we do not sell anything, take payments, hold stock or deliver orders.
- When you choose to buy, Daydresser sends you to the brand’s own website. Your purchase is between you and that brand, under the brand’s own terms, prices, delivery and returns.
- Daydresser is not affiliated with the brands it shows, and we currently earn nothing from your purchases. If that changes, we will update these terms first.
- If you represent a brand shown here and want its pieces removed, write to us at niels.escarfail@gmail.com; we remove them within one working day.
- Your Cart is a list to help you decide. It does not reserve anything or place an order.
Prices, stock and descriptions
Prices, sizes, stock and descriptions come from each brand’s public store at the time we last checked it, and can change at any moment. We show when information may be out of date, but we cannot guarantee it is complete or current. The brand’s website always has the final word on price, availability, delivery and taxes.
Photographs, product names and descriptions belong to the brands. We show them to help you discover their pieces; they remain the brands’ property.
Your account
- Daydresser gives every visitor a guest account so your Likes, Cart and choices are kept. You can create a full account with your email address (or Google, where offered) to keep them on every device.
- Keep access to the email address or sign-in method you use: it is how you get back in.
- You can start over or delete your account at any time from the Account page.
Using Daydresser fairly
Please do not:
- copy the catalogue in bulk, scrape the site, or access it by automated means;
- get around the security check, rate limits or other protections;
- disrupt the service, try to access other people’s data, or use Daydresser for anything unlawful.
We may limit or close access for anyone who does.
The service may change
Daydresser is an early, free service. We may change it, pause it or stop it, and we may update these terms. When we make an important change we will say so on the site; the date at the top shows the latest version.
Responsibility
We work to keep Daydresser accurate and available, but it is provided as it is, without a promise that it will always work or be error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for purchases you make on a brand’s website, or for losses caused by information the brands publish. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot legally be limited.
Law
These terms are governed by French law. If you live elsewhere in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer rules of your country.
